This replica prop is based on the design featured in the Doctor Who episode “The Magician’s Apprentice.” It was modelled directly on the original screen‑used prop handled by the Doctor, ensuring the proportions and detailing remained as faithful as possible.
The final piece was constructed using a combination of materials, including plastic, metal, and wood, to accurately reflect the mixed‑media construction of the original production prop and to achieve the correct weight, finish, and tactile quality.
