This Yeti figure was based off of the prop from the Classic Doctor Who episode 'The Web of Fear'. Following on from the success of the original Batch of Yeti Figures I created another batch of figures reflecting those used within the 1968 Doctor Who episode, 'The Web of Fear'.

This replica was modelled on one of the original figures featured in the episodes, using dimensions sourced from the Bonhams auction listing. The design was recreated as faithfully as possible to match the appearance of the on‑screen prop.
The build process began with a hand‑sculpted master figure, from which a latex mould was taken. This mould was then used to cast the final replicas in plaster. Each piece was hand‑finished with a wood‑effect treatment to replicate the look and character of the original prop.
