As with the Front Lot design, the Back Lot drawings required a higher level of detail, particularly around the mechanical and electrical units. These sketches outline the agreed‑upon intent developed in collaboration with the Electrical Engineer at BBC Studioworks, providing a clear foundation for further technical refinement.
The matrix above is one of several documents produced in Microsoft Excel to coordinate and capture all relevant details required for the Back Lot. Unlike the Front Lot project there was no replication needed so every detail was brand new and needed a decision, even down to hinge size and material.
